How can I place my order online?
Her Handwork fundraises online only once a month. Both Singapore and Australia can expect to purchase online early to mid of each month. Her Handwork's online shop will be open for 2 days of the month (likely over the weekend) and all orders will be dispatched within 3 - 4 working days.
Keep your eyes peeled out for our online fundraisers. This will be advertised through Her Handwork's Instagram, Facebook and web page.
Do you have a catalog or brochure?
Her Handwork has an online jewellery catalog under Collections. Her Handwork makes one off pieces and items in limited quantities. Given the nature of the business, there is very little reason to indulge in expenses that are unnecessary.
Information such as prices, quantities and measurements of items, next online fundraiser, where the money goes to and what this social enterprise is all about, is all found within this website.
My item is faulty. What are my options?
Her Handwork will accept returns for faulty items within 14 days from date of invoice. Faulty products returned must be unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition.
You must provide one of the below;
• you produce proof of purchase (your order receipt, online order or tax invoice)
• the product and packaging (including tags) is in its original condition; and
• the item is in unused, unworn and in resaleable condition.
If it is identified that there is no fault with the product or that the product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use or abuse, Her Handwork may reserve our right to not offer a refund.
I have a specific design in mind. May I contact you to have it made for me?
Her Handwork does not offer custom made items at this point in time.
